Georgia Is A Great State For Smoothie And Juice Bar Options
The beginning of a new year often inspires a wave of healthy initiatives. That could mean joining a gym, hiring a nutritionist, or changing your diet. In Georgia, we are fortunate to have plenty of juice bar and smoothie places to frequent.
A nice blend of fruits and vegetables certainly goes hand-in-hand with your plans to get healthier. There is something refreshing about going to a local juice bar after your intense workout. Plus, who really likes keeping those giant bags of frozen fruits in your freezer? They take up tons of space. A proper juice and smoothie is flexible enough to serve as a meal replacement or a delicious booster.
Eat This, Not That recently ranked all of the juice and smoothie chains across the country. The list they compiled is very favorable for juice bar enthusiasts in Georgia. “Found throughout the country, these top-rated smoothie spots serve delicious smoothie blends made from high-quality produce in a flash,” Eat This, Not That said.
Pressed Juice ranked third on the list, and Jamba was second. However, the top-ranked chain is where Georgia really thrives. Smoothie King ranked number one. Here is what the means for residents of the Peach State.
Smoothie King Has 103 Locations In Georgia
That translates to 9% of their total locations, according to Scrape Hero’s data compilation. In addition, Atlanta is the second most populated Smoothie King city. There are 22 locations within the metro area. In mid-2023, Top Franchise detailed how much potential there is in owning your own smoothie and juice bar franchise. In conjunction with the increase in popularity throughout the country, “they offer an easy-to-operate business, which doesn’t require any prior experience, for attractive cost and fees,” Top Franchise stated. They, too, had Smoothie King as the top-ranked player in this space.
Jamba reports that they have six stores throughout Georgia. As for Pressed Juices, they sell directly via their website (which also offers cleanse recommendations).
Georgia Destination Named A Best Tiny House Hotel
A recent report by Shermans Travel detailed the 10 best Tiny House hotels in America, and a Georgia destination made the list. “Tiny homes are one of the hottest residential design trends right now,” they explain.
In addition, Realtor.com published a story last year that gave readers a glimpse of what exactly is going on with the Tiny House trend in America. But what is a Tiny House? Typically, they are 100 to 400 square feet. Many of them (though not a requirement) are situated in quieter areas. It is very common to find tiny home communities tucked within nature, in a peaceful and serene setting.
Other common attributes include creative ways to establish storage space and loft beds. They are often energy-efficient simply due to the smaller footprint requiring less utility power.
“If you’re considering the tiny-home lifestyle, take it for a test drive before you hire a builder and go all-in,” Realtor explained. That is another reason why having such Tiny House hotel options is helpful. It gives those who are interested a chance to try it out.
Live A Little Chatt – Rising Fawn, Georgia
Located just 30 miles outside Chattanooga, Live A Little Chatt has three Tiny Houses on the property to stay at. “It’s evident that each was built with love and intention,” Shermans Travel explains. The Old Blue Chair house accommodates up to five guests, while the Shangri-Little and Wandering Gypsy can sleep three people.
Visitors to Rising Fawn Georgia are in close proximity to Cloudland Canyon State Park. That’s where you will find hiking trails and two waterfalls. However, there is also nothing wrong with staying on the hotel grounds to embrace the simple environment around you to unwind fully.
Each of the three options at this Georgia destination that was named in the list of best Tiny House hotels is uniquely different from each other. “We strive to give you the place to find your bliss and live deliberately.” Live A Little Chatt says.
