Country music is everywhere on social media. TikTok is the latest platform where country stars can share their moments on and off stage. On TikTok, country stars let loose a bit more and have a bit more fun. TikTok posts often differ from artists’ other social media accounts, where they blanket post the latest news in their lives and careers.

The description of TikTok says it is for “creating, sharing, and discovering short videos.” Users enjoy the app as an outlet to express themselves through singing, dancing, comedy, and lip-syncing. It allows users to create videos and share them across a community.

Most country stars have TikTok. Although not all of them pay attention to the trends on the app. Last week, during a number one party for his song “Dancin’ In The Country,” Tyler Hubbard was asked about a trend, and he was unfamiliar with it. He said that he does not go on the popular app.

Randy Travis, a country icon from the 1980s, does have the app and used it recently to share a special moment from CMA Fest 2023 where Tim McGraw joined Travis to sing one of his biggest hits. Another country icon that uses TikTok is Dolly Parton, whose team posts videos and clips from her long and storied career.

Blake Shelton told us not long ago that while he was “hot” on social media and did it himself early in his career, these days he has people that do most of it for him (like many celebrities). His TikTok is full of videos as well, including a new dancing video of himself and Larena Alaina. The two danced to her new song “Thicc As Thieves.” Shelton’s camp did share the same clip on his other social media accounts as well.

We gathered some fun posts on what we believe are country music’s best five TikTok accounts any die-hard should follow.

  • Bailey Zimmerman

This guy made a name for himself on TikTok. It is part of the reason he has his record deal with Warner Nashville and has become a country star with a couple of number-one songs under his belt. Bailey is full of energy, and it shows on his TikTok with daily video clips of moments from his shows on the Morgan Wallen tour and just fun messages of news Bailey shares with fans on full tilt.

  • Jelly Roll

If you are really starting to LOVE this guy, follow him on TikTok. You will see just how fun Jelly can be. He posts all of what he usually posts on his other social accounts and adds TikTok-only video clips, like going through a Walmart on album release day to get his new “Whitsett Chapel” project.

  • Lainey Wilson

This TikTok is just a blast. Lainey posts a little more on TikTok than on her other socials, like fun booty-shakin’ moments of her new duet with buddy Lauren Alaina.

  • Kelsea Ballerini

Kelsea’s TikTok is off the charts with fun posts. Ballerini shares much more on her TikTok than on other social accounts, like a video clip of her boyfriend, Chase Stokes, on a red-carpet telling one reporter how much he misses his girl when she’s on tour.

  • Kane Brown

One of country music’s best TikToks. Kane has so much fun on TikTok with many dances and clips from concert moments. Many of Brown’s ideas hit TikTok before they make their way to his records and shows.
