Gorillaz Confirm New Album, Track With Snoop Dogg Called “Hollywood”
The album was teased as a “very soon” release – but Damon Albarn of the Gorillaz wanted to hype up the guest verse, which was unmistakeably Snoop Dogg.
The track sounds like it’s going to be danceable – that’s safe to say. You hear people begin to scream as soon as they hear the Dogfather drop his verse.

Quoted by NME, the band says “We’re going straight into the album with no break. Usually we have a good five-year break between each album but we decided: ‘You know what? Let’s keep going’ because there’s ideas for a few more albums so we’re going to go straight into that. That’s will be all of next year and probably the year beyond that.”
We wonder who else will end up on the album this time around!
Amy Cooper is one with the force and the force is with her.
