A Skateboarder Jumps a Gap, Then a Driverless Car Does Too
LONDON, ENGLAND - MAY 18: A young man skateboards in the skate park at the Southbank Centre on May 18, 2013 in London, England. Plans are underway to refurbish the Festival Wing, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and Hayward Gallery complex, including the 'Undercroft', which would be replaced with new arts venues and retail outlets. The skate park, hailed as the birthplace of British skateboarding, is to be moved to nearby Hungerford Bridge, which has caused anger amongst the skateboarding and bmxing community. There’s cell phone video of a skateboarder jumping the gap between an upper and lower parking lot. And then seconds later a DRIVERLESS CAR does the same thing. Fortunately, the skateboarder wasn’t in its path.
The car seems to have rolled away from a tow truck that shows up later to pick it up.
